We are so excited to present our beautiful new website for our Senior Travel Buddies to enjoy. Best of all, the trips are there in chronological order, so you don’t have to scroll through everything, just the ones you want to review and hopefully to travel with us.

One of the things I love about traveling is the research we must do ahead of time to prepare for presenting them on the website and on our Senior Travel Buddies Facebook page. Who wouldn’t want to sail on a beautiful white clipper ship? The Star Clippers offer a once in a lifetime opportunity to glide with the wind, enjoying a spacious and unique cruising experience. If you love sailing but want something different (no casinos or mass market entertainment, no crowds) this type of vacation is for you. The video gives you a little glimpse into what it would be like to sail the Mediterranean or other destinations they serve. Imagine yourself on the deck of one of these magnificent vessels, or even helping raise the sails…

Rocky Mountaineer

Nothing beats traveling by train. The idea evokes the days of plenty of time, days of gazing at scenes of the earth only accessible by train, and plenty of luxury to revel in both. Rocky Mountaineer has inspired many who would not have even considered this wonderful way of traveling. They offer itineraries such as Rockies to the Red Rocks and Western Canyonlands, all of them with days spent on the train and luxury hotels overnight at the train stop. All in one. Delightful and so much fun.

Globus Family of Brands

Many of you have already discovered the experiences provided by the Globus Family of Brands. Whether you were on a Grand Tour of Italy, a fabulous and very affordable Globus Escape, or any of the tours we offered on our Facebook page, you told us you had a great time.

We love this company and Debbie in particular, who represents Globus for us. The tours offer experiences that all travelers expect on tour, as well as off the beaten path places, depending upon the tour. Another reason we love Globus is that they showed our travelers such professionalism and thinking out of the box during the pandemic. When our Buddies needed to return home from Scotland, flights were dicey at best, but the tour people booked them on alternative flights at a different airport and guided the travelers from one airport to the other for a safe experience. They were working for us around the clock.
